He was extremely professional, respectful, and very helpful when I was looking for a home to purchase. It can be daunting as an out-of-town purchaser, but Evan made all the appointments and paperwork so easy and convenient. When the home I originally wanted didn’t work out, he immediately found a better one for me and was available to show it to me right away due to the limited time I had. After the closing, he offered his help with a few things that needed to be done, and did them within the hour. I am very happy with Evan’s services and with the beautiful home I bought!

I was fortunate to come upon an Evan Richards Berkshire Hathaway sign, and to make a phone call. He met me a half hour later, and became my real estate agent when I decided, somewhat spontaneously, to buy a home in Sedona. I feel like Sedona chose me, and sent me the perfect agent to make the process smooth and easy. What distinguished Evan is that he genuinely cared about the overall and also the moment to moment. Always available. Always informative. Always looking out for us. And that has continued even after the sale as we plan our move from New Jersey to Arizona.

We were immediately taken with Evan’s enthusiasm, willingness and offer to represent us. His knowledge of “all things real estate” is formidable. He is honest, straight forward and very competent in his work. Evan also put in many hours working alongside us clearing weeds and clutter around the house and property (nearly an acre) all while telling stories and recalling memories of his adventures as a boy growing up in the area!
